LITIGATION SUPPORT/FORENSIC ACCOUNTING

We work with contractors on specific company problems or review their entire operation. We analyze how the company currently operates by interviewing employees, reviewing work flows, reviewing current operating procedures and monitoring those procedures to see if they really are followed. Then we make recommendations to improve the profit being generated by the company. We have performed operational audits in the areas of estimating practices, marketing, financial statement preparation and format, job management, and claims management.

Most bankers and bonding agents would like to know that you have a game plan. A business plan gives you a tool by which to manage the company and to present to bankers and bonding agents as your plan for the future.
